British Sign Language

by Richard Brooks on September 10, 2010

Note: If you need any of our BSL Interpreters please use our sales page to order >> BSL Interpreters <<.

We’ve just finished producing a British Sign Language video for one of our clients in London. I’ve added a sample below (and on youtube).

Hayley (our signer) was filmed in front of a green screen/chroma key (in HD) which was later removed and replaced with the image of London. If you want to read about how we made a chroma key for less than $100 (which we use on all sorts of projects) I made a Google Knol about it > Making a Chroma Key on a low budget.

Hope it helps you in your next project.

Im am very happy to see that this kind of project is being made.

When i saw on the internet that people in deaf people did not have movies translated in deaf language i was blown away. Being manic depressive myself and knowing what it is like being on the outside looking in it means more to me that people are doing this and i am going to do my bit.
