ISO 9001:2008 Awarded
K International has been awarded the updated ISO standard ISO 9001:2008. Awarded by ISOQAR, an independent third-party assessment body, K International were issued the standard after extensive audits of our Quality Management System.
ISOQAR will regularly carry out audits of K International’s systems and processes to ensure continued compliance with the standard. This will help us to achieve continued improvement of our Quality Management System and increased value for money to all of our clients.
The ISO 9001:2008 standard improves on the existing 2000 standard that was first published in the year 2000. It involves new systems that measure and improve client satisfaction by ensuring that effective quality assurance processes are in place at each step in the translation process. An ISO 9001:2008-certified company must also compare internal quality measures with actual client feedback and exhibit a commitment to constant improvement to quality assurance procedures to an unbiased auditor.
