Legal translation requires very specialist knowledge of the legal industry and the nuances contained within each country’s legal system. We have built a team of in-country legal translators who have previously worked within the legal sector, understand the local culture and have an in depth knowledge of their particular country's legal system.

The services that we provide the legal industry include the translation of summons, wills, contracts, insurance claims, legal tape transcriptions or supporting evidence for court cases.

We can provide witness statements and certified documents to accompany the legal translation if required, please let us know at time of ordering. Translators can be security checked beforehand if needed, this service is available up to CTC clearance.

If you are part of the UK Government then you can order legal translation under 05/GEN/25 the pan Government agreement for translation and communication services. This agreement is backed by the Office of Government Commerce (OGC) and has been designed to use the enormous buying power of the Government to lower costs and improve service. Make sure you quote 05/GEN/25 at time of ordering.

Legal Translation Experience

When setting up this service we worked with the various departments within HMRC to build a terminology database and reference material. This was discussed with and issued to every HMRC translator to ensure consistency throughout all Government legal translations.
