Copywriting, Transcreation and Marketing Services

As translation can sometimes be too literal when producing advertising copy or translations of brand names, K International employ teams of writers all over the world to re-engineer your copy adapting it for different regions and markets. We call this service transcreation.

Transcreation means that control over the project will remain within your company and the outputted file will appear to the end users as natural as an in-country designed campaign using local agencies.

We work for some of the biggest brands and agencies providing them with a method of producing their or their client’s material in a different language. All artwork is adapted within K International using our design studio and will be returned to you in whatever native format is required.

Projects can be turned around quickly as our systems and processes have been designed to allow 24/7 working. You can also track your own projects via our on-line portal that allows files to be delivered to us, monitored and downloaded when complete.

We have included 3 examples of below of on-going in-country campaigns that we are involved in. If you have a similar project K International can be contacted on 01908 572600, info@k-international.com or via our contact page.

Premier Inn

Part of a project to adapt Premier Inn's brand for the Russian market. The one shown below was the one chosen. This is the transliterated version of the logo (i.e. the name left as it is but spelt in Russian letters). This is a more common practice for foreign businesses in Russia as it keeps to the original brand and also sounds similar to the original brand name.

Chrysler

This is an on-going campaign to produce customer magazines for different regions around the world. We employ teams of in-country copy writers who liaise with each of Chrysler’s local offices to produce localised versions of the magazines to the original specification. This creates campaigns that look and feel like they have been designed and written in country specifically for the target audience.

Carlsberg

Part of the 'small detail, big difference' campaign for Carlsberg. Our team suggested several different combinations of Chinese characters that looked similar (to a non-Chinese speaker). The chicken noodles/capricorn variation is shown below.
