Court Interpreting
The right to be represented in your own language, and to understand the content of a court case, is a necessity and a legal duty. Professionally qualified interpreters who faithfully and accurately record in writing or verbally translate all speech in court. Service covers all of the UK.
Sworn Translation
Sworn translators are appointed and authorised by a court and qualified to provide sworn translations. Used in cases where the translation of official documents is required, the content of a document produced by sworn translators is as genuine as the original.
Certified Translation
Certified translation requires a certificate of accuracy and validity. The translated documents are accompanied by a certification that the translator is knowledgeable in both languages and that the translation is complete and accurate.
Apostille Translation
Apostille translations cover official documents produced by the legislature of any country which is signatory to the Hague Convention of 1961. This provides a guarantee that a document which is legally compliant in its home country is also of equal legal power in another signatory state.
Notarised Translation
A notary on our team authenticates a translation of any document; this may be for a document requested by an overseas body, such as a court or company registered in a different legal jurisdiction. The notarised translation fulfils the filing requirements and ascertains accuracy.
